Benjamin Memmi

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER


Previously CEO of Jovena, he led the transformation of the company, which is now the leading distributor of petroleum products in Madagascar.

He also successfully oversaw the development and construction of the largest solar farm in the Indian Ocean.

Romiald Noussi

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER


A seasoned operations manager, he brings expertise in engineering, industrial automation, controls, HSE (health, safety and environment) and risk management.

He has managed 40 sites, supervised 509 employees, coordinated 250 subcontractors, and managed 1,150 MW of leased capacity.

Laurent Roineau

CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER


He has implemented several ESCO projects as Group Technology Manager at Camusat.

He launched the very first TowerCo in Madagascar and has managed several projects in the energy sector.

A lawyer with Norton Rose LLP, she has assisted dozens of sponsors with project financing.

As Director of Legal Affairs at ECP, she was involved in numerous renewable energy transactions.

As M&A Project Manager at Scatec, Nordfund and SN Power, he led large-scale investments.
